摘要
普通高等学校本科教学工作合格评估在引导并促进新建本科院校合理定位、改善办学条件、加强规范管理、完善校内质量保障体系和保证教学质量等许多方面,有着非常积极的作用。广州理工学院经济管理学院以教学评估为契机,对如何以教学评估为契机,全方位提高经济管理学院本科教学质量管理水平进行探讨和实践,提出应从转变教学观念、提高课堂授课质量、强化实践技能、规范教学、加强文档建设与管理、拓展网络教学资源、全体教职员工共同参与、促进教师专业发展、建立评价指标体系、动态更新评价标准和确保评价公正透明等方面全方位提升本科教学质量管理水平。
The qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching in ordinary colleges and universities plays a very positive role in guiding and promoting the rational positioning of new undergraduate colleges,improving the conditions for running schools,strengthening standardized management,improving the quality assurance system and ensuring the quality of teaching.The School of Economics and Management of Guangzhou University of Technology takes the teaching evaluation as an opportunity to discuss and practice how to take the teaching evaluation as an opportunity to improve the undergraduate teaching quality management level of the School of Economics and Management in an all-round way.Dynamically update the evaluation criteria and ensure the fairness and transparency of the evaluation,and comprehensively improve the level of undergraduate teaching quality management.
