金匮肾气汤加减对糖尿病肾病患者血糖及肾功能的影响

Effects of Modify Jinkui Shenqi Decoction on Blood Glucose and Renal Function in Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

目的探讨金匮肾气汤加减对糖尿病肾病患者血糖及肾功能的影响。方法选择2021年4月至2022年5月在上犹县中医院治疗的72名糖尿病肾病患者,随机数字表法分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用金匮肾气汤加减治疗,均治疗1个月。对比两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后肾功能相关指标、症状积分、血糖水平,治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率97.22%高于对照组的80.56%(P<0.05);两组血清空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血肌酐(SCr)、血肌酐(BUN)水平,便溏、肢体水肿、夜尿频多、乏力各项评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组肌酐清除率(CCr)水平均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气汤加减可以有效提高糖尿病肾病患者的临床治疗效果,稳定患者体内血糖水平,还能改善其肾功能以及临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effects of modify jinkui shenqi decoction on blood glucose and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 72 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Shangyou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,on the basis of the above,the observation group was treated with modify jinkui shenqi decoction,all treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,renal function related indexes,symptom scores,blood glucose levels,and the occurrence of drug side effects during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than that of control group(80.56%);the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),stool,limb edema,nocturnal frequent urination and fatigue in both groups were decreased,and the observation group were lower;the creatinine clearance rate(CCr)level was increased,the observation group was higher(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modify jinkui shenqi decoction can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of diabetic nephropathy patients,stabilize the blood glucose level in patients,and improve their renal function and clinical symptoms.
