摘要
目的分析腺样体肥大患儿应用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗的效果。方法将2021年9月至2022年9月期间崇义县人民医院所收治的72例腺样体肥大患儿纳入本研究,随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各36例。给予对照组糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组予以孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组相关指标。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组;治疗后,两组疾病特异性生活质量调查量表(OSA-18)各项评分及总分、血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平及A/N值均比治疗前低,观察组低于对照组。结论腺样体肥大患儿应用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗可有效减轻其临床症状及炎症反应,改善睡眠状况,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods A total of 72 children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted to chongyi people's hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were included in this study,and were divided into the control group and the observation group with 36 cases using random number table method.The control group was given mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the observation group was additionally given montelukast sodium chewable tablets treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 months,the two relevant indicators were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The scores and total scores of the disease-specific quality of life with obstructive sleep apnea 18 items survey(OSA-18),serum transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1),interleukin-17(IL-17),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),eosinophil(EOS)levels and A/N value of the two groups were lower after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group.Conclusion The treatment of montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,reduce the inflammatory response,improve the sleep status,improve the quality of life of the children with adenoid hypertrophy.
