摘要
西昌钢钒1号高炉在环保、成本、资源等日趋严峻的条件下,进行了高效低耗生产技术攻关。针对人炉品位低、渣量大、炉渣黏度大等生产特殊性,在原燃料和高炉操作制度方面采取了一系列攻关措施:提高原燃料质量主要是控制适宜的焦炭质量、停用块矿及提高球团矿比例;高炉操作制度优化主要是合理匹配上下部操作制度、控制适宜的热制度及造渣制度,冶炼强度不宜低于1.35(m^(2)·d),适宜的[Ti]+[Si]为0.25%~0.35%。采用上述措施后,相对于2022年6-7月,2023年上半年高炉利用系数提高0.15~0.25(m^(3)·d),煤比提高10~20kg/t,燃料比下降10~15kg/t。
Facing the increasingly tough conditions in environmental protection,cost and resources,Xichang Steel&Vanadi-um develops the technologies for increasing efficiency and reducing consumption in its No.1 BF.To overcome the bottle-necks,such as low charge grade,large amount of slag produced and high slag viscosity,measures in the quality control of raw material&fuel,and measures in BF operating system optimization are taken;the former ones mainly include manage-ment of the coke quality,stopping the usage of lump ore and increasing the rate of pellets;and the latter ones fall on coordi-nating the charge distribution and blasting operation,selecting appropriate heat system and slagging system to keep the smel-ting intensity not less than 1.35(m^(3)·d),and keep[Ti]+[Si]within 0.25%-0.35%.As a result of above measures,the BF productivity in the first half year of 2023 increases by 0.15-0.25(m^(3)·d),the coal rate increases by 10-20kg/t,and the fuel rate decreases by 10-15 kg/t compared with that in June-July 2022.
