新时代公立医院党建宣传工作探索——以广东省第二人民医院民航院区为例

Exploration of Party building publicity in public hospitals in the new era: a case study with minhang campus of Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital

公立医院是我国提供医疗服务的重要主体,是保障人民健康的主力军,而要推动公立医院医疗服务水平的提高,更好地保障人民群众身心健康,就需要加强公立医院党的建设以及党对公立医院的全面领导,党建引领是公立医院发展的本质要求。与此同时,做好党建宣传工作在加快公立医院的党建建设、和谐医患关系、拓展医院服务范围、营造良好舆论氛围起到重要和积极的作用。本文以广东省第二人民医院民航院区(以下简称“省二医民航院区”)的党建宣传工作实践为例,探索提炼“突出重点、搭建平台、强化环节”三个方面举措,为新时代公立医院党建宣传工作实践提供一定的借鉴。

Public hospitals are important entities in providing medical services in China and main forces in safeguarding people’s health.Advancing the quality of medical services in public hospitals and further ensuring the well-being of the public necessitates the enhancement of Party building within public hospitals and the Party’s comprehensive leadership over them.Party building guidance is an essential requirement for the development of public hospitals.Concurrently,effective Party building publicity is crucial for accelerating Party construction efforts,fostering harmonious doctor-patient relationships,expanding the range of hospital services,and creating a favorable public opinion environment.This paper examines the practices of Party building publicity at Minhang Campus of Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital,distilling strategies that focus on“highlighting key points,building platforms,and reinforcing links”.The strategies provide a reference for the publicity practice of Party building in public hospitals in the new era.
