重症心力衰竭患者感染发生以及炎症因子、PICCO对其心功能的诊断价值

The Occurrence of Infection in Patients with Severe Heart Failure and the Diagnostic Value of Inflammatory Factors and PICCO on Their Cardiac Function

目的探究重症心力衰竭患者感染发生以及炎症因子、PICCO对其心功能的诊断价值。方法选择98例重症心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照患者是否发生感染分为观察组(感染组)和对照组(未感染组),每组各49例。两组患者均给予PICCO检测。比较两组患者炎症因子、PICCO参数指标,Spearson相关性分析重症心力衰竭感染发生患者炎症因子、PICCO参数的相关性。ROC曲线分析重症心力衰竭感染发生患者炎症因子、PICCO对其心功能的诊断价值。结果观察组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8等炎症因子水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CO、SV、CI指标低于对照组,EVLWI指标高于对照组,(P<0.05)。据Spearson相关性分析,炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平与EVLWI水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8,EVLWI对重症心力衰竭感染发生患者心功能有较高的诊断价值。结论重症心力衰竭感染发生患者炎症因子水平显著升高,PICCO参数变化明显,且其对心功能有较高诊断价值。

Objective To explore the occurrence of infection in patients with severe heart failure and the diagnostic value of inflammatory factors and PICCO on their cardiac function.Methods 98 patients with severe heart failure who were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group(infected group)and a control group(uninfected group)based on whether the patients developed infection,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given PICCO testing.Compare the inflammatory factors and PICCO parameter indicators between two groups of patients,and perform Speerson correlation analysis on the correlation between inflammatory factors and PICCO parameters in patients with severe heart failure infection.ROC curve analysis of inflammatory factors and PICCO in the diagnosis of cardiac function in patients with severe heart failure infection.Results IL-6 and TNF in the observation group-α、The levels of various inflammatory factors in IL-8 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CO,SV,and CI indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the EVLWI indicators were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).According to Spearson correlation analysis,inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α、The level of IL-8 is positively correlated with the level of EVLWI(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis shows that IL-6 and TNF-α、IL-8 and EVLWI have high diagnostic value for cardiac function in patients with severe heart failure infection.Conclusion The levels of inflammatory factors and PICCO parameters in patients with severe heart failure infection are significantly elevated,and they have high diagnostic value for cardiac function.
