基于认知重塑模式下多感官刺激在调控阿尔茨海默病患者认知能力、精神行为症状及激越行为中的价值

摘要 目的探究阿尔茨海默病患者应用基于认知重塑模式下多感官刺激的效果及对调控认知能力、激越行为的影响。方法选取104例阿尔茨海默病患者,依据抽签法分组。对照组52例给予常规康复训练,观察组52例增加基于认知重塑模式下多感官刺激,对比两组患者认知能力、精神行为症状、激越行为及生活质量。结果经过干预,观察组的MMSE、WGOQOL-BREF评分明显高于对照组,而BEHAVE-AD、CMAI评分则低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于认知重塑模式下多感官刺激对阿尔茨海默病患者干预,可有效降低精神行为症状和激越行为程度,提高认知功能和生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of multi-sensory stimulation based on cognitive remodeling mode in Alzheimer's disease patients and its influence on the regulation of cognitive ability and agitated behavior.Methods 104 patients with Alzheimer's disease were selected and divided into groups according to the lottery method.52 patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training,and 52 patients in the observation group were given multi-sensory stimulation based on cognitive remodeling mode.The cognitive ability,psychobehavioral symptoms,agitated behavior and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the MMSE and WGOQOL-BREF scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the BEHAVE-AD and CMAI scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-sensory stimulation based on cognitive remodeling can effectively reduce psychobehavioral symptoms and agitated behavior,and improve cognitive function and quality of life in Alzheimer's disease patients.
