疏气活血汤治疗气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤的临床研究

Clinical Study of Shuqi Huoxue Decoction in treating uterine fibroids of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type

目的观察疏气活血汤治疗气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将80例气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组40例采用米非司酮片治疗,治疗组40例在对照组基础上联合疏气活血汤治疗。2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、子宫体积和肌瘤体积、性激素水平[孕酮(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))],并统计2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果2组治疗后中医证候各项评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后子宫体积、肌瘤体积均较本组治疗前缩小(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均小于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后P、FSH、LH、E_(2)水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏气活血汤可有效改善气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者临床症状,缩小其子宫和肌瘤体积,调节性激素水平。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shuqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids(UFs)of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Eighty patients with UFs of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were recruited.They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with mifepristone tablets,n=40)and a study group(treated with mifepristone tablets and Shuqi Huoxue Decoction,n=40)using a random number table method.Treated for 3 months,the aim was to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,uterine and fibroid volume,and sex hormone levels including progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol(E_(2)),the treatment-emergent adverse events(TEAEs)between the two groups.Results After treatment,the both groups had significantly lower TCM syndromes scores,smaller uterine volume and fibroid volume,lower P,FSH,LH,and E_(2) levels(all P<0.05),and the study group was superior to the control group for the above indexes(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the TEAEs between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shuqi Huoxue Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with UFs of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,reduce the volume of their uterus and fibroids,regulate sex hormone levels.
