益气养阴法对气阴两虚证干燥综合征患者免疫指标的影响

Effects of traditional chinese medicine therapy of Yiqi Yangyin on immune indexes in patients with Sjogren's syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency:A system evaluation

目的系统评价益气养阴法对气阴两虚证干燥综合征(SS)患者免疫指标的影响。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普、超星、Pubmed数据库中益气养阴法治疗气阴两虚证SS的随机对照试验(RCTs),并登录《中华风湿病学杂志》《风湿病与关节炎》等风湿病杂志官网进行检索,检索时间为建库至2023年11月。对照组予硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,观察组予益气养阴中药汤药/颗粒口服或联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗。2组患者服药剂量、疗程不限。根据纳入与排除标准由两位研究者独立筛选文献,采用RevMan5.3系统评价软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12篇文献,涉及710例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,观察组在降低免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及干燥综合征疾病活动指数(ESSDAI)评分和临床疗效等方面更有优势。结论益气养阴中药汤药/颗粒口服或联合硫酸羟氯喹片在降低气阴两虚证SS免疫反应、炎症反应,缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效等方面具有优势。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)therapy of Yiqi Yangyin on immune indexes in patients with sjogren's syndrome(SS)of Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about TCM therapy of Yiqi Yangyin in treating SS of Qi and Yin deficiency published before November 2023 were retrieved from databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and PubMed,and journals including Chinese Journal of Rheumatology and Rheunatism and Arthritis.In the RCTs,the patients were randomly receive hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets(the control groups),Oral Yiqi Yangyin Decoction/Granules,or Oral Yiqi Yangyin Decoction/Granules combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets(the study groups),and it was not limited for the dosage and course of treatment in the two groups.The eligible literatures were systematically searched by two independent researchers.The extracted data were conducted for a Meta analysis using the RevMan5.3 software.Results Twelve articles involving 710 patients were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the observation group had significantly lower immunoglobulin G(IgG),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and EULAR Sj gren's syndrome(SS)disease activity index(ESSDAI)score,and significantly improved clinical efficacy compared to the control group.Conclusion Oral Yiqi Yangyin Decoction/Granules,or their combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,can significantly reduce immune and inflammatory responses,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve clinical efficacy in patients with SS of Qi and Yin deficiency.
