人口老龄化背景下药学服务的现状与前景探究

Study of the Present Situation and Development of Pharmaceutical Service Under the Background of Population Aging

目的:探讨老龄社会下药学服务的发展前景,促进我国药学服务综合能力水平高质量发展。方法:以老龄社会背景下的药学服务作为切入点,梳理我国老龄化背景下药学服务的开展现状及存在问题,探索药学服务的发展前景并提出针对性建议。结果:人口老龄化背景下,我国药学服务现状的主要问题包括药学服务模式相对落后、长远发展意识薄弱、药学专业人员能力水平良莠不齐等。随着我国人口老龄化日益突出,在我国经济发达地区围绕药学服务供给的健康服务体系构建正逐步完善,但在覆盖面和深度上仍存在较大缺口。结论:人口老龄化背景下药学服务的发展前景应明确并采取适宜策略精准实施,可通过进一步完善顶层设计、完善体系建设、强化药学专业人员能力培育、加强观念意识的宣传引导、运用互联网媒介畅通沟通渠道、多媒体矩阵扩大宣传科普覆盖面等方式进一步科学有效开展药学服务,帮助老年人安全合理用药,缓解人口老龄化带来社会和经济压力,为推动我国药学服务高质量发展奠定基础。

Objective:To explore the development prospects of pharmaceutical services in population aging society and promote the high-quality development of comprehensive pharmaceutical service capabilities in China.Methods:Taking pharmaceutical services in the context of population aging society as a starting point,this study analyzes the current situation of pharmaceutical services in China,explores the development prospects of pharmaceutical services,and puts forward targeted suggestions.Results:Under the population age‐ing background,the main problems of the current situation of pharmaceutical care in China include the relatively out-dated mode of phar‐maceutical care,the weak awareness of long-term development,and the uneven competence level of pharmaceutical professionals.With the increasingly prominent of population aging in China,the construction of health service system centered around pharmaceutical service supply is gradually improving in economically developed regions,but there is still a significant gap in coverage and depth.Conclusion:The development prospects of pharmaceutical care in the population ageing context should be clear and appropriate strategies should be adopted for its precise implementation.Pharmaceutical services can be further carried out scientifically and effectively by further improv‐ing the top-level design,perfecting the system construction,strengthening the ability cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals,strengthening the propaganda and guidance of concept awareness,and using Internet media to unblock communication channels,so as to help the elderly use drugs safely and rationally,alleviate the social and economic pressure caused by population aging,use multimedia to expand the coverage of science popularization,and lay the foundation for promoting the high-quality development of pharmaceutical ser‐vices in China.
