霍山县林业生态产品价值核算探析

Analysis on the Value Accounting of Forestry Ecological Products in Huoshan County

本文从霍山县林业生态产品价值核算试点工作中的供给服务、调节服务、支持服务和文化服务四项指标体系出发,确定各项指标实物量和价值量核算方法,运用核算模型方法与适用技术参数,量化了区域内林业生态产品的生态价值和经济价值。此研究旨在为生态效益纳入经济社会发展评价体系、完善发展成果考核评价体系提供数据支撑,为全省探索林业生态产品价值实现积累实践经验。

In this paper,based on the 4-index system of supply service,adjustment service,support service and cultural service in the pilot work of value accounting of forestry ecological products in Huoshan County,the physical quantity and value accounting method of each index were determined.With the accounting model and applicable technical parameters,the ecological and economic values of forestry ecological products in the county were quantified to provide data support for integrating ecological benefits into the economic and social development evaluation system,improving the evaluation system of development achievements and gaining practical experience in exploratorily realizing the value of forestry ecological products.
