循环量预测模型下石化污水脱硫罐液位控制方法

摘要 提出循环量预测模型下石化污水脱硫罐液位控制方法。在循环量预测模型下,分析影响脱硫罐液位变化的主要影响因素,在此基础上预测脱硫罐液体循环量,同时将各项影响因素作为输入变量,设计脱硫罐液位被控模型,结合循环量的变化调整脱硫罐液位,根据脱硫罐液位的波动情况,设计切换控制机制,使其能够在液位的不同状态下始终维持稳定。实验结果表明:循环量预测模型下石化污水脱硫罐液位控制方法控制响应时间快、控制精度高。 In this paper,the circulation prediction model-based liquid level control method for petrochemical wastewater desulfurization tank was proposed.Based on the circulation prediction model,the main factors affecting the change of the liquid level of the desulfurization tank were analyzed,and the liquid circulation of the desulfurization tank was predicted on this basis,including having the influence factors taken as input variables to design a liquid level control model for the desulfurization tank,and then having the liquid level there adjusted according to the fluctuation of the circulation volume so as to design a switching control mechanism and maintain stable control over the liquid level in different states.The experimental results show that,the proposed control method has fast response time and high control accuracy.
