摘要
目的探讨骨肿瘤患者参与团体绘画艺术治疗的心理体验。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2021年8月至2023年5月就诊于河南省郑州市某三级甲等专科医院骨软组织肿瘤科的30名骨肿瘤患者进行半结构式访谈,使用Colaizzi现象学七步分析法对访谈结果进行分析。结果通过倾听、分析、归纳、提炼,共归纳出骨肿瘤患者参与团体绘画艺术治疗体验的3个主要主题:与疾病和解、心理调适、希望重塑。结论骨肿瘤患者参与团体绘画艺术治疗的体验是复杂且积极的,可促进患者心理健康,应在临床进一步规范化推广。
Objective To explore the psychological experiences of patients with bone neoplasms participating in group painting art therapy.Methods The purposive sampling method was used to recruit patients with bone neoplasms who were admitted to the department of bone and soft tissue oncology in a tertiary hospital in Zhengzhou from August 2021 to May 2023.Semi-structured interviews were conducted to get the specific psychological experiences of participating in group painting art therapy of participants.The thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data.Results Through the steps of listening,analyzing,summarizing,and refining,three main themes of the psychological experience of patients with bone neoplasms participating in group painting art therapy were summarized:reconciliation with the disease,psychological adjustment,and hope reconstruction.Conclusion The psychological experience of patients with bone neoplasms participating in group painting art therapy is complex and positive,which can promote the mental health of patients and should be further standardized in clinical practice.
