中医定向透药疗法对肺炎患儿临床疗效及炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Directed Transdrug Therapy on Clinical Efficacy and Level of Inflammatory Factors in Children with Pneumonia

目的分析中医定向透药疗法在肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取淄博市临淄区中医医院2022年8月—2023年6月收治的120例肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=60)。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医定向透药疗法。对比两组患者的临床疗效、炎性因子水平及肺功能。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的88.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的各项炎性因子指标水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,研究组的检测干扰素-γ水平高于对照组,白细胞介素-4、降钙素原水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的各项肺功能指标水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,研究组的1秒率、呼气流量峰值均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药疗法能提高肺炎患儿的治疗有效率,改善其炎症因子水平,提高其肺功能,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine directed transdrug therapy in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 120 children with pneumonia treated in Linzi District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zibo City from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into the control group(n=60)and the research group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine directed transdrug therapy on this basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 98.33%,higher than 88.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after 14 days of treatment,the level of interferon-γin the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-4 and procalcitonin were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of pulmonary function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after 14 days of treatment,the 1-second rate and peak expiratory flow in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine directed transdrug therapy can improve the treatment efficiency of children with pneumonia,improve the level of inflammatory factors and enhance their lung function,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
