补肾调经汤联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者的效果

Effect of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Infertility Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的分析补肾调经汤联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者的效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月我院就诊的112例PCOS不孕症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为中西联合组(n=56)和西医组(n=56)。西医组采用西药治疗,中西联合组在西医组基础上联合补肾调经汤治疗。比较两组的宫颈黏液功能评分、子宫内膜厚度、性激素[促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平及胰岛素抵抗指数。结果治疗后,中西联合组宫颈黏液功能评分高于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西联合组子宫内膜厚于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西联合组LH、FSH、E_(2)及胰岛素抵抗指数均低于西医组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾调经汤联合西药治疗PCOS不孕症能够提高患者的宫颈黏液功能,增加子宫内膜厚度,调节性激素水平,减轻胰岛素抵抗。

Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction combined with western medicine on infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 112 patients with PCOS who were treated in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into a Chinese and western combination group(n=56)and a western medicine group(n=56)according to random number table method.The western medicine group received western medicine treatment,while the Chinese and western combination group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing Decoction on the basis of the western medicine group.Cervical mucus function score,endometrial thickness,sex hormone[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))]levels and insulin resistance index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cervical mucus function score of the Chinese and western combination group was higher than that of the western group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the endometrium thickness of the Chinese and western combination group was higher than that of the western group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);LH,FSH,E_(2) and insulin resistance index in the Chinese and western combination group were lower than those in the western group,the differences were statistically significant between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tiaojing Decoction combined with western medicine can improve cervical mucus function,increase endometrial thickness,regulate sex hormone level and alleviate insulin resistance in PCOS infertility patients.
