综合性肺康复护理联合健康教育对老年男性矽肺合并COPD患者肺功能、运动耐力的影响

Effects of Comprehensive Pulmonary Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Health Education on Lung Function and Exercise Endurance in Elderly Male Patients with Silicosis and COPD

目的探讨综合性肺康复护理联合健康教育在老年男性矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月山东省第二荣军优抚医院收治的82例老年男性矽肺合并COPD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合性肺康复护理结合健康教育。对比两组患者的康复依从性、心理状态、肺功能、运动耐力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组的康复依从性为97.56%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))均大于对照组,FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的圣乔治呼吸问卷中各项评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性肺康复护理结合健康教育在老年男性矽肺合并COPD患者中的应用效果显著,可提高其康复依从性、肺功能、运动耐力,改善生活质量,获得更高的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing combined with health education in elderly male patients with silicosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 82 elderly male patients with silicosis and COPD admitted to The Second Special Care Hospital of Shandong Province from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing combined with health education.The rehabilitation compliance,mental state,lung function,exercise endurance,quality of life and nursng satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))were greater than those in the control group and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the walking distance at 6 min was longer than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of St.George's respiratory questionnaire in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing combined with health education in elderly male patients with silicosis and COPD has significant effects,which can improve their rehabilitation compliance,lung function,exercise endurance,improve quality of life,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
