分析金匮肾气汤联合齐拉西酮治疗双相情感性精神病的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

Analysis of the curative effect of Jinkui Shenqi Decoction combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of bipolar affective psychosis and its influence on the quality of life of patients

目的 分析双相情感性精神病患者使用金匮肾气汤联合齐拉西酮治疗的效果。方法 选取86例双相情感性精神病患者作为研究对象,在随机抽样法方式下将患者分成研究组和常规组,每组43例。常规组患者使用齐拉西酮治疗,研究组患者使用金匮肾气汤联合齐拉西酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、躁狂情况、抑郁情况、生活质量、社会功能改善情况。结果 与常规组的67.44%相比,研究组患者治疗总有效率86.05%更高(P<0.05)。与常规组的30.23%相比,研究组不良反应发生率9.30%更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)、杨氏躁狂评定量表(YMRS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、蒙哥马利抑郁评定量表(MADRS)评分分别为(8.01±1.01)、(14.83±2.72)、(10.12±2.02)、(5.74±0.98)分,均低于常规组的(15.37±2.14)、(17.99±2.83)、(17.66±2.73)、(7.56±1.36)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者职业功能、关注社会、责任心、社会退缩、家庭职能评分分别为(0.57±0.42)、(0.72±0.30)、(0.83±0.18)、(1.04±0.21)、(0.56±0.25)分,均低于常规组的(0.99±0.56)、(1.14±0.62)、(1.26±0.44)、(1.32±0.23)、(0.87±0.41)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者社会功能、生理职能、精神健康、情感职能评分分别为(70.34±5.84)、(71.45±5.95)、(72.56±6.87)、(73.67±6.98)分,均高于常规组的(56.14±6.68)、(57.25±7.79)、(58.36±8.88)、(59.47±8.99)分(P<0.05)。结论 为双相情感性精神病患者使用金匮肾气汤联合齐拉西酮治疗,可以更有效地改善患者社会功能,提升患者生活质量,降低患者双相情感障碍症状,疗效显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of Jinkui Shenqi Decoction combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of bipolar affective psychosis and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods 86 patients with bipolar affective psychosis were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a research group and a conventional group,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with ziprasidone,and patients in the research group were treated with Jinkui Shenqi Decoction combined with ziprasidone.The treatment outcomes,occurrence of adverse reactions,manic episodes,depressive episodes,quality of life,and improvement in social functioning were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 67.44%in the conventional group,the total effective rate of the research group was higher at 86.05%(P<0.05).Compared with 30.23%in the conventional group,the incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was lower at 9.30%(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale(BRMS),Young Mania Rating Scale(YMRS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale(MADRS)were(8.01±1.01),(14.83±2.72),(10.12±2.02)and(5.74±0.98)points in the research group,which were lower than(15.37±2.14),(17.99±2.83),(17.66±2.73)and(7.56±1.36)points in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of occupational function,social concern,responsibility,social withdrawal and family function were(0.57±0.42),(0.72±0.30),(0.83±0.18),(1.04±0.21)and(0.56±0.25)points in the research group,which were lower than(0.99±0.56),(1.14±0.62),(1.26±0.44),(1.32±0.23)and(0.87±0.41)points in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of social function,physical function,mental health and emotional function were(70.34±5.84),(71.45±5.95),(72.56±6.87)and(73.67±6.98)points in the research group,which were higher than(56.14±6.68),(57.25±7.79),(58.36±8.88)and(59.47±8.99)points in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi Decoction combined with ziprasidone can improve the social function of patients with bipolar affective disorder,improve their quality of life,and reduce the symptoms of bipolar affective disorder.It has significant curative effect and high clinical application value.
