中药热奄包外敷联合穴位按摩对妇科腹腔镜术后患者的康复效果分析

Analysi of Rehabilitation Effect of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Heat Therapy Package Combined with Acupoint Massage on Patients after Gynaecology Laparoscope Surgery

目的探讨妇科腹腔镜术后患者采用中药热奄包外敷联合穴位按摩的康复效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月于菏泽市中医医院行妇科腹腔镜手术的130例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分成研究组及对照组,各65例。术后,对照组采用穴位按摩干预,研究组采用中药热奄包外敷联合穴位按摩干预。比较两组患者的肠胃功能恢复时间、负性情绪及疼痛程度。结果研究组的腹鸣音恢复、腹胀缓解、首次排气、首次排便时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分分别为(21.35±3.38)分、(22.03±3.24)分,均低于对照组(32.57±3.76)分、(24.11±3.67)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的VAS评分为(2.03±0.61)分,低于对照组的(3.11±0.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中药热奄包外敷联合穴位按摩应用于妇科腹腔镜术后患者的康复中,能缩短患者肠胃功能恢复时间,缓解其负性情绪,降低其疼痛程度。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of external application of TCM heat therapy package combined with acupoint massage on patients after gynecology laparoscope surgery.Methods A total of 130 patients who underwent gynecology laparoscope surgery in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method with 65 in each group.After operation,the control group was treated with acupoint massage intervention,and the study group was treated with external application of TCM heat therapy package with acupoint massage intervention.The gastrointestinal function recovery time,negative emotion and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of abdominal sound,relief of abdominal distension,first exhaust and first defecation in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were(21.35±3.38)points and(22.03±3.24)points,respectively,which were lower than(32.57±3.76)points and(24.11±3.67)points in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the VAS score of the study group was(2.03±0.61)points,which was lower than(3.11±0.97)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of external application of TCM heat therapy package combined with acupoint massage in the rehabilitation of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,relieve the negative emotion and reduce the degree of pain.
