电刺激生物反馈联合盆底康复训练对盆底功能障碍患者的影响

Effect of Electrical Stimulation Biofeedback Combined with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Training on Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

摘要 目的分析电刺激生物反馈联合盆底康复训练治疗盆底功能障碍的效果。方法选择济宁市任城区人民医院2021年9月—2023年8月收治的80例盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,按电脑随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组采用盆底康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用电刺激生物反馈治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、盆底肌力及症状改善情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的盆底肌力障碍量表(PFDI)评分、阴道动态压力、阴道持续收缩时间比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月,观察组的PFDI评分为(17.43±1.18)分,低于对照组的(24.08±2.26)分,阴道动态压力为(103.04±7.15)cmH_(2)O,高于对照组的(84.28±6.96)cmH2O,阴道持续收缩时间为(6.22±0.28)s,长于对照组的(4.13±0.23)s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电压值比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月,观察组的Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电压值分别为(7.45±0.55)μV、(7.73±0.57)μV,均高于对照组的(6.03±0.74)μV、(6.18±0.41)μV,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈联合盆底康复训练能促进盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力恢复,改善其盆底功能障碍,实用性较高。 Objective To analyze the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training on pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 80 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to Rencheng District People's Hospital of Jining City from September 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to computer random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation training,and the observation group received electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,pelvic floor muscle strength and symptom improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-short form(PFDI)score,vaginal dynamic pressure and duration of vaginal contraction between the two groups(P>0.05);one month after treatment,the PFDI score of the observation group was(17.43±1.18)points,which was lower than(24.08±2.26)points of the control group,while the vaginal dynamic pressure was(103.04±7.15)cmH2O,which was higher than(84.28±6.96)cmH_(2)O,the continuous vaginal contraction time was(6.22±0.28)s,which was longer than(4.13±0.23)s in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in fibromuscular voltages of classⅠand classⅡmuscles between the two groups(P>0.05);one month after treatment,the fibromuscular voltages of classⅠand classⅡmuscles in the observation group were(7.45±0.55)μV and(7.73±0.57)μV,respectively,which were higher than(6.03±0.74)μV and(6.18±0.41)μV of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength and improve their pelvic floor dysfunction.
