电刺激生物反馈联合盆底康复训练对产后盆底功能障碍患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Electrical Stimulation Biofeedback Combined with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Training on the Rehabilitation of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Patients

摘要 目的探究电刺激生物反馈联合盆底康复训练对产后盆底功能障碍患者康复效果的影响。方法选择2021年10月—2023年9月本院收治的82例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采用盆底康复训练干预,观察组在对照组的基础上联合电刺激生物反馈干预,两组均干预12周。对比两组盆底肌力指标、盆底肌功能及尿失禁情况、生活质量。结果干预后,观察组Ⅰ类纤维肌力、Ⅱ类纤维肌力、肌电位均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表评分、盆底功能障碍量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康调查简表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈联合盆底康复训练能够促进产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力恢复,改善盆底功能及尿失禁情况,提高其生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation training intervention,while the observation group received electrical stimulation biofeedback intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 12 weeks.Compare the pelvic floor muscle strength indicators,pelvic floor muscle function,urinary incontinence status,and quality of life between two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group had higher classⅠfibromuscular strength,classⅡfibromuscular strength,and muscle potential than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the observation group had significantly lower scores of International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire for Urinary Incontinence–Short Form questionnaire and Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-20 than the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05);the MOS item short form health survey scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,improve pelvic floor function and urinary incontinence,and enhance their quality of life.
