摘要
目的分析康复期精神分裂症(SCH)患者接受阅读疗法联合行为训练护理的效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年7月菏泽市第三人民医院收治的90例康复期SCH患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在此基础上采用阅读疗法联合行为训练。比较两组患者的精神症状、社会功能、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预3个月后,研究组的护士用住院患者观察量表评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意率为93.33%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SCH患者采用阅读疗法联合行为训练能有效改善精神症状与社会功能,保障生活质量,提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of reading therapy combined with behavioral training on convalescent schizophrenia(SCH)patients.Methods A total of 90 cases of convalescing SCH patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Heze City from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received reading therapy combined with behavioral training on this basis.The mental symptoms,social function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of nurses’observation scale for inpatient evaluation,social disability screening schedule and self-report quality of life measure for people with schizophrenia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 82.22%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reading therapy combined with behavioral training in SCH patients can effectively improve their mental symptoms and social function,guarantee quality of life,improve nursing satisfaction,and have clinical application value.
