基于德尔菲法与层次分析法指导的延续性护理在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病PCI患者中应用研究

Application of Continuous Nursing Guided by Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process in Elderly Patients with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease Undergoing PCI

目的探讨基于德尔菲法与层次分析(AHP)法指导的延续性护理在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者中的应用价值。方法选择2020年8月—2022年8月兰陵县人民医院收治的74例老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病PCI患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各37例。对照组采用常规出院指导,观察组采用基于德尔菲法与AHP法指导的延续性护理,两组均护理6个月。对比两组患者的生活方式、自我护理能力、生活质量及不良心血管事件发生情况。结果护理后,观察组健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ评分、自我护理能力测定量表评分、生活简易量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良心血管事件发生率为5.41%,低于对照组的21.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于德尔菲法与AHP法指导的延续性护理能够增强老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病PCI患者自我护理能力,促进其形成健康的生活方式,预防不良心血管事件的发生,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing guided by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with PCI of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease treated in Lanling County People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table,37 cases in each group.The control group received routine discharge guidance,and the observation group received continuous nursing based on Delphi method and AHP method guidance,and both groups received nursing for 6 months.Lifestyle,self-care ability,quality of life and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Health Promotion Lifestyle ScaleⅡ,Self-care Ability Scale and Simple Life Scale in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 5.41%,which was lower than 21.62%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing guided by Delphi method and AHP method can enhance the self-care ability of elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease undergoing PCI,promote their healthy lifestyle,prevent adverse cardiovascular events,and improve their quality of life.
