双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症患者的效果观察

Dry Eye after Surgery Observation on the Effect of Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops Combined with Artificial Tears in the Treatment of Patients with Dry Eye after Cataract Surgery

目的探讨双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症患者的效果观察。方法选择2023年1—12月聊城市人民医院收治的120例白内障术后干眼症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用人工泪液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合双氯芬酸钠治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、干眼症状评分、角膜功能、不良反应发生情况、生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周、4周后,观察组干眼症状评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组泪液基础分泌试验距离、泪膜破裂时间均长于对照组,角膜荧光素染色评分低于对照组,观察组的健康状况调查简表-36评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症患者可增强临床疗效,改善其干眼症状,提高患者的生活质量,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effect of diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery treated in Liaocheng People's Hospital from January to Decmber 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial tears,and the observation group was treated with diclofenac sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,score of dry eye symptoms,corneal function,occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,dry eye symptom scores of observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the distance of tear secretion test and tear film rupture time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,the score of corneal fluorescein staining was lower than that in the control group,and the score of 36-item Short-Form health survey in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups,and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye patients after cataract surgery can enhance the clinical efficacy,improve the symptoms of dry eye,improve the quality of life of patients,and have high safety.
