摘要
目的探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2023年9月青岛市即墨区人民医院收治的68例新生儿肺炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用氨溴索治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用N-乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状消失时间、炎性因子水平、肺功能、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、发烧、气喘、肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原及白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组动脉血氧分压水平高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论N-乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入与氨溴索联合治疗新生儿肺炎的效果较佳,可促进患儿临床症状消退,减轻炎症反应,改善其肺功能,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of N-acetylcysteine inhalation combined with ambroxol in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods Sixty-eight children with neonatal pneumonia treated in Qingdao Jimo District People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol,and the observation group was treated with N-acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the time of symptom disappearance,the level of inflammatory factors,lung function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the disappearance time of cough,fever,asthma and pulmonary moist rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)。After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood oxygen partial pressure of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the blood carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion N-acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation combined with ambroxol has a better effect in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia,which can promote the regression of clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,improve lung function,and has a high safety.
