优质护理联合中医特色护理在经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝后的应用效果分析

Effect Analysis of High Quality Nursing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in the Treatment of Oblique Inguinal Hernia in Children by Transumbilical Single Hole Laparoscopic Surgery

目的分析在小儿腹股沟斜疝经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗后使用优质护理联合中医特色护理的效果。方法选择2022年4月—2023年4月于我院行经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗的60例腹股沟斜疝患儿为研究对象,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组术后接受常规护理,观察组术后接受优质护理联合中医特色护理。对比两组患儿术后疼痛时间、住院天数、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿术后疼痛时间、住院天数均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理联合中医特色护理应用于小儿腹股沟斜疝经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗后能有效降低并发症发生率,减少术后疼痛程度,缩短住院时间,患儿家属对护理的满意程度较高,具备推广和使用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the treatment of oblique inguinal hernia in children by transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 60 children with inguinal hernia who underwent transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing after surgery,while the observation group received high quality nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing after surgery.the postoperative pain time,hospitalization days,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain time and hospitalization days of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The parental nursing satisfaction of the children in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of oblique inguinal hernia by transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery in children,the use of perioperative quality nursing and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing has significant effects,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,and shorten the length of hospital stay.The family members of the children have a high degree of satisfaction with the nursing,which has the value of promotion and use.
