基于行为转变理论的早期康复锻炼对急诊下肢骨折术后患者康复锻炼依从性及膝关节功能的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Exercise Based on Behavior Change Theory on Compliance of Rehabilitation Exercise and Knee Joint Function of Patients after Emergency Lower Limb Fracture Surgery

目的探究基于行为转变理论的早期康复锻炼对急诊下肢骨折术后患者康复锻炼依从性及膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月山东青岛即墨区人民医院收治的74例急诊下肢骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上进行基于行为转变理论的早期康复锻炼。比较两组的康复锻炼依从性、膝关节功能[美国膝关节协会评分标准(KSS)]及膝关节活动度。结果干预后,观察组康复锻炼依从性为91.89%,高于对照组的70.27%,KSS各维度评分均高于对照组,膝关节活动度大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊下肢骨折术后患者进行基于行为转变理论的早期康复锻炼,可有效提升康复锻炼依从性,并促进膝关节功能及活动度的恢复。

Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation exercise based on behavior change theory on the compliance of rehabilitation exercise and knee joint function of patients after emergency lower limb fracture surgery.Methods Seventy-four emergency patients with lower limb fractures admitted to Jimo District People's Hospital in Qingdao,Shandong Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research object,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received early rehabilitation exercise based on behavior change theory.The compliance of rehabilitation exercise,knee joint function[American Knee Society Score(KSS)]and knee joint range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the compliance of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was 91.89%,which was higher than that in the control group's 70.27%,the KSS scores in each dimension were higher than those in the control group,the ranges of motion of knee joint were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise based on behavior change theory can effectively improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise and promote the recovery of knee joint function and range of motion.
