摘要
目的分析锁定加压钩钢板(LCHP)内固定术对第5跖骨基底区骨折患者的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2023年7月该院收治的60例第5跖骨基底区骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组行空心螺钉内固定术治疗,观察组行LCHP内固定术治疗。对比两组围术期指标、足部功能、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间为(6.35±1.20)d,骨折愈合时间为(12.58±1.69)周,完全负重时间为(3.59±0.58)周,均短于对照组的(8.71±1.59)d、(15.49±2.31)周、(5.63±1.49)周,并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后的美国足踝外科学协会踝-后足功能评分为(85.69±5.30),生活质量综合评定问卷内各维度评分分别为(75.68±4.15)分、(76.83±4.89)分、(77.47±4.26)分、(79.53±5.49)分,均高于对照组的(74.53±4.21)分、(67.59±3.21)分、(68.49±4.15)分、(69.58±3.46)分、(71.66±4.48)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LCHP内固定术可加快第5跖骨基底区骨折患者骨折愈合,改善足部功能,提高生活质量,且并发症少。
Objective To analyze the effect of locking compression hook plate(LCHP)internal fixation on the fracture of the fifth metatarsal base region.Methods A total of 60 patients with fracture of the fifth metatarsal base region admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hollow screw internal fixation,the observation group was treated with LCHP internal fixation.The perioperative indexes,foot function,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);in the observation group,the hospitalization time was(6.35±1.20)d,the fracture healing time was(12.58±1.69)weeks,and the complete weight-bearing time was(3.59±0.58)weeks,which were shorter than(8.71±1.59)d,(15.49±2.31)weeks,and(5.63±1.49)weeks in the control group,the incidence of complications was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%in control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the ankle-posterior foot function score of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society was(85.69±5.30)points,and the scores of all dimensions in the generic quality of life inventory-74 were(75.68±4.15)points,(76.83±4.89)points,(77.47±4.26)points and(79.53±5.49)points,respectively,which were higher than(74.53±4.21)points,(67.59±3.21)points,(68.49±4.15)points,(69.58±3.46)points and(71.66±4.48)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LCHP internal fixation can accelerate fracture healing,improve foot function,improve quality of life and reduce complications in patients with fracture of the fifth metatarsal base region.
