卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液对Ⅱ度胎盘早剥剖宫产产妇出血量、凝血功能指标的影响

Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection on Bleeding Volume and Coagulation Function Indicators in Cesarean Section Women with Second Degree Placental Abruption

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液对Ⅱ度胎盘早剥剖宫产产妇的影响。方法选择2020年7月—2023年9月梁山县人民医院收治的60例Ⅱ度胎盘早剥剖宫产产妇为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、出血量、凝血功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后15 min、30 min、2 h、24 h出血量均少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后24 h,观察组活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)低于对照组,血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在Ⅱ度胎盘早剥剖宫产产妇中使用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗,可增强临床疗效,减少出血量,改善凝血功能,降低不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of carboprost tromethamine injection on cesarean section women with second degree placental abruption.Methods A total of 60 patients of second degree placental abruption cesarean section parturients admitted to Liangshan County People's Hospital from July 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with carboprost tromethamine injection in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,bleeding volume,coagulation function indicators,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had less bleeding at 15 minutes,30 minutes,2 hours,and 24 hours postpartum than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 24 hours postpartum,the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the plasma fibrinogen(FIB)level was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of carboprost tromethamine injection in cesarean section women with second degree placental abruption can enhance clinical efficacy,reduce bleeding volume,improve coagulation function,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
