妇科千金胶囊联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶对慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Gynecological Qianjin Capsule Combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Gel on Patients with Chronic Cervicitis Complicated with HPV Infection

目的探讨重组人干扰素α2b凝胶对慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年11月—2023年10月我院妇科门诊收治的204例HPV感染慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各102例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合妇科千金胶囊治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、宫颈HPV病毒载量和转阴率、炎症细胞因子水平及阴道微生态平衡情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的85.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HPV病毒载量低于对照组,HPV转阴率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α均高于对照组,干扰素-γ低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阴道分泌物pH值和Nugent评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金胶囊联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者治愈率高,同时可调节患者阴道微生态和降低患者炎性因子表达,可促进患者HPV转阴,有利于促进患者恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b gel on chronic cervicitis with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 204 patients with HPV-infected chronic cervicitis admitted to the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital from November 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 102 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b gel,and the observation group was treated with gynecological Qianjin capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cervical HPV viral load and negative conversion rate,inflammatory cytokine levels and vaginal microecological balance were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than 85.29%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the HPV viral load in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the HPV negative conversion rate was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and interferon-γwas lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pH value and Nugent score of vaginal secretions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecologic Qianjin capsule combined with recombinant human interferonα2b gel has a high cure rate in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection.At the same time,it can regulate the vaginal microecology of patients and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors in patients,which can promote the negative HPV transformation of patients and promote the recovery of patients.
