温阳化瘀汤联合阿司匹林对脑梗死恢复期患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响

Effect of Wenyang Huayu Decoction Combined with Aspirin on Hemorheology and Neurological Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction in the Recovery Period

目的探讨温阳化瘀汤联合阿司匹林在脑梗死恢复期患者治疗中的效果。方法选择2021年1月—2023年10月甘肃省宁县中医医院收治的128例脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合温阳化瘀汤治疗,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组患者的血液流变学指标、神经功能、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组D-二聚体、红细胞沉降率、血小板平均体积、全血黏度水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.31%,高于对照组的79.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的恶心、药物热、头痛、腹泻发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温阳化瘀汤联合阿司匹林对于缓解脑梗死恢复期患者的临床症状具有显著疗效,可改善血液流变学指标,降低神经功能缺损评分,有一定的临床价值。

Objective To explore the effect of Wenyang Huayu Decoction combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period.Methods A total of 128 patients in the recovery period of cerebral infarction admitted to Ningxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Gansu Province from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects,using the lottery method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets,while the observation group was treated with Wenyang Huayu Decoction in addition to the control group,both groups were treated for one month.Compare the hemorheological indicators,neurological function,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the levels of D-dimer,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,average platelet volume,and whole blood viscosity in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);both groups of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.31%,which was higher than 79.69%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of nausea,medication fever,headache,and diarrhea between two groups,there were no statistically significant differences between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wenyang Huayu Decoction and aspirin has significant therapeutic effects on relieving clinical symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period,and can improve hemorheological indicators,reduce neurological deficit scores, and has certain clinical value.
