筋膜松弛术配合体外冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎患者的效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Fascia Relaxation Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave in the Treatment of Patients with Plantar Fasciitis

目的探讨筋膜松弛术配合体外冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎患者的效果。方法选取北京燕化医院2023年1—11月收治的40例足底筋膜炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各20例。对照组进行筋膜松弛术治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上增加体外冲击波治疗。比较两组的疼痛程度和双足压力差。结果治疗8周后,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组双足压力差均小于治疗前,且试验组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论筋膜松弛术配合体外冲击治疗可以显著改善足底筋膜炎患者的疼痛程度、足底压力,效果优于单独使用冲击波治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of fascia relaxation combined with extracorporeal shock wave in treating of patients with plantar fasciitis.Methods Forty patients with plantar fasciitis admitted to Beijing Yanhua Hospital from January to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 20 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group underwent fascial relaxation surgery,while the experimental group received extracorporeal shock wave therapy in addition to the control group.The pain degree and foot pressure difference were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the pressure difference between the two groups'feet was smaller than before treatment,and the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Fascia relaxation combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy can significantly improve the pain degree and plantar pressure,which is better than shock wave treatment alone.
