低频脉冲电刺激联合中药灌肠对慢性盆腔炎患者临床症状及盆腔血流动力学的影响

Effect of Low-Frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema on Clinical Symptoms and Pelvic Hemodynamics in Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨低频脉冲电刺激联合中药灌肠在慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2023年10月我院收治的72例CPID患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组加用低频脉冲电刺激联合中药灌肠治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、临床症状评分、盆腔血流动力学、炎症指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,各项临床症状评分均低于对照组,子宫动脉及卵巢动脉阻力指数低于对照组,子宫动脉及卵巢动脉搏动指数高于对照组,子宫动脉及卵巢动脉收缩期峰值流速快于对照组,白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-2、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频脉冲电刺激联合中药灌肠可以减轻CPID患者的临床症状,改善盆腔血流动力学指标,并减轻炎症。

Objective To explore the application effect of low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods A total of 72 patients with CPID admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,while the observation group received low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,pelvic hemodynamics,and inflammatory indicators between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the clinical symptom scores were lower than those of the control group,the Resistance Index of the uterine and ovarian arteries was lower than that of the control group,the Pulsatile Index of the uterine and ovarian arteries,was higher than that of the control group,the Peak Systolic flow Velocity of the uterine and ovarian arteries was faster than that of the control group,the levels of interleukin-1,interleukin-2,tumor necrosis factor-αwas faster,and C-reactive protein were all lower than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve pelvic hemodynamic indicators,and alleviate inflammation in patients with CPID.
