摘要
目的探讨膝关节线抬高与全膝关节置换术后膝关节功能的相关性。方法选取2021年3月—2023年2月于新乡医学院第一附属医院行全膝关节置换术的150例膝骨关节炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,依据其术后膝关节线抬高程度分为甲组(膝关节线抬高>3 mm)、乙组(膝关节线抬高1~3 mm)、丙组(膝关节线抬高<1 mm),分别为34例、68例、48例。比较三组的疼痛程度及膝关节功能。结果术后3个月,乙组与丙组的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分均低于甲组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但乙组与丙组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乙组与丙组的美国膝关节外科协会(KSS)评分分别为(86.53±9.14)分、(86.72±9.25)分,均高于甲组的(72.49±8.97)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但乙组与丙组的KSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膝关节线抬高与全膝关节置换术后膝关节功能有密切关联,关节线抬高3 mm以上会抑制关节功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the correlation between knee joint line elevation and knee function after total knee arthroplasty.Methods Clinical date of 150 patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent total knee arthroplasty in the Liuhe People's Hospital of Taicang City from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis.They were divided into the Group A(knee joint line elevation>3 mm),the Group B(knee joint line elevation 1~3 mm)and the Group C(knee joint line elevation<1 mm)according to the degree of knee joint line elevation,there were 34,68 and 48 cases resepectively.The pain degree and knee function of the three groups were compared.Results 3 months after surgery,the pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the Group B and Group C were lower than those of the Group A,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the Group B and Group C(P>0.05);the scores of American Knee Society Score(KSS)of the Group B and Group C were(86.53±9.14)points and(86.72±9.25)points,respectively,which were higher than(72.49±8.97)points of the Group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the Group B and Group C(P>0.05).Conclusion Elevation of the knee joint line is closely related to knee function after total knee arthroplasty.Elevation of the joint line more than 3 mm will inhibit the recovery of joint function.
