PDCA循环管理联合曲线型仰卧护理在肿瘤压疮高风险患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Combined with Curved Supine Nursing in High-Risk Patients with Tumor Pressure Ulcers

目的探讨PDCA循环管理联合曲线型仰卧护理在肿瘤压疮高风险患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年6月滨州医学院附属医院收治的74例压疮高风险患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施PDCA循环管理联合曲线型仰卧护理,两组均持续护理3个月。对比两组的压疮发生情况、护理舒适度及护理满意度。结果观察组压疮发生率为5.41%,低于对照组的21.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Kolcaba舒适状况量表中的心理、生理、社会文化和环境及精神评分分别为(23.70±1.73)分、(23.28±1.51)分、(23.76±1.52)分、(24.06±1.69)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.59%,高于对照组的78.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理联合曲线型仰卧护理在肿瘤压疮高风险患者中具有较好的应用效果,有利于减少压疮的发生,提升患者护理舒适度与满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management combined with curved supine nursing in high-risk patients with tumor pressure ulcers.Methods A total of 74 high-risk patients with pressure ulcers admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received PDCA cycle management combined with curved supine nursing.Both groups received continuous care for 3 months.Compare the occurrence of pressure ulcers,nursing comfort,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was 5.41%,which was lower than 21.62%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the psychological,physiological,socio-cultural,environmental,and spiritual dimension scores in the Kolcaba Comfort Scale of the observation group were(23.70±1.73)points,(23.28±1.51)points,(23.76±1.52)points,and(24.06±1.69)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 78.38%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PDCA cycle management and curved supine nursing has a good application effect in high-risk patients with tumor pressure ulcers,which is conducive to reducing the occurrence of pressure ulcers and improving patient nursing comfort and satisfaction.
