舒血宁注射液联合静脉溶栓治疗对急诊急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及血液流变学指标的影响

Effect of Shuxuening Injection Combined with Intravenous Thrombolysis on Neurolobical Function and Hemorheology Indexes in Emergency Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨舒血宁注射液联合静脉溶栓治疗对急诊急性缺血性脑卒中患者的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年1月—2023年12月莒县中医医院收治的80例急诊急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用舒血宁注射液治疗,两组均持续治疗14 d。对比两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能、血液流变学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞沉降率及血细胞比容均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液联合静脉溶栓治疗在急诊急性缺血性脑卒患者中疗效确切,可改善其血液流变学指标,恢复神经功能,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis on emergency patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The clinical data of 80 emergency acute ischemic stroke patients admitted to Juxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with Shuxuening injection on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,hemorheology indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,plasma viscosity,whole blood low tangential viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with intravenous thrombolytic therapy is effective in emergency patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction,can improve the hemorheology index,restore the neurological function,and has high safety.
