摘要
目的探讨以镜像神经元理论为指导的步行稳定性训练结合全身振动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2023年5月济南市济阳区人民医院收治的90例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组进行全身振动训练,观察组于对照组基础上实施以镜像神经元理论为指导的步行稳定性训练。比较两组患者的肢体运动功能、平衡功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量。结果训练后,观察组各项简化Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分、Berg平衡量表评分、日常生活活动能力评定量表评分及各项世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表评分均高于对照组,组间差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用以镜像神经元理论为指导的步行稳定性训练结合全身振动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复效果显著,可促进患者肢体运动功能改善,增强其平衡能力与日常生活活动能力,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of walking stability training guided by mirror neuron theory combined with whole body vibration training on stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with stroke hemiplegia treated in Jiyang District People's Hospital of Jinan City from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given whole body vibration training,and the observation group was given walking stability training guided by mirror neuron theory.Limb motor function,balance function,activities of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the scores of the simplified Fugl-Meyer Exercise Scale,Berg Balance Scale,Activity of Daily Living Rating Scale and World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief Version in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of walking stability training guided by mirror neuron theory combined with whole body vibration training has a significant rehabilitation effect on stroke hemiplegia patients,which can promote the improvement of limb motor function,enhance balance ability and daily life activity ability of patients,and improve their quality of life.
