团体心理护理配合人文关怀干预对双相情感障碍患者应对方式、情绪状态的影响

Impact of Group Psychological Nursing Combined with Humanistic Care Intervention on Coping Styles and Emotional States of Patients with Bipolar Disorder

目的探究团体心理护理配合人文关怀干预对双相情感障碍患者应对方式、情绪状态的影响。方法选择山东省戴庄医院2020年2月—2023年6月收治的80例双相情感障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。两组患者均给予常规干预,对照组在常规干预基础上给予患者人文关怀干预,观察组在对照组基础上给与患者团队心理护理。对比两组患者的情绪状态、躁狂程度及应对方式变化。结果干预后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分为(12.45±2.10)分、贝克-拉范森躁狂量表评分为(8.45±2.09)分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分为(11.03±1.03)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组幻想、求助、自责、合理化、解决问题和退避因子评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团队心理护理联合人文关怀干预有助于改善双相情感障碍患者对事务的应对方式,积极调节情绪状态,降低狂躁程度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the impact of group psychological nursing combined with humanistic care intervention on coping styles and emotional states of patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 80 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to Shandong Daizhuang Hopsital from February 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group,both groups were given routine intervention,the control group was given humanistic care intervention based on routine intervention,and the observation group was given group psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The emotional state,manic degree and coping style of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the score of Hamilton Depression Scale(12.45±2.10)points,Baker-Lavensen Mania Scale(8.45±2.09)points and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(11.03±1.03)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of fantasy,help-seeking,self-blame,rationalization,problem solving and withdrawal factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological nursing combined with humanistic care intervention can help improve the coping style of bipolar disorder patients,actively regulate their emotional state,and reduce their manic level,which is worth promoting.
