基于肠道菌群防治脾虚型结直肠腺瘤的中药复方研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulas for Preventing and Treating Spleen Deficiency Colorectal Adenomas Based on Gut Microbiota

结直肠腺瘤是生长在结肠和直肠粘膜上,突出到肠腔内的各种隆起性病变,是公认的癌前病变。肠道菌群在代谢、营养、免疫和防御等多方面起关键作用,且与肠道疾病有密切联系。本文通过综述肠道菌群与结直肠腺瘤的关系及中药复方通过调节肠道菌群防治脾虚型结直肠腺瘤的研究进展,旨在为预防结直肠腺瘤和结直肠癌提供新的研究方向和思考路径。

Colorectal adenomas are all kinds of protruding lesions that grow on the mucosa of the colon and rectum and protrude into the intestinal cavity,and are recognized as precancerous lesions.Intestinal flora plays a key role in metabolism,nutrition,immunity and defense,and is closely related to intestinal diseases.This article reviews the relationship between intestinal flora and colorectal adenoma,and the research progress on the prevention and treatment of splenic asthenic colorectal adenoma by Chinese herbal compounds by regulating intestinal flora,aiming to provide a new research direction and thinking path for the prevention of colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer.
