人才画像视角下高潜人才画像构建与培养路径研究

Research on the construction of high-potential talent portrait and cultivation path under the perspective of talent portrait

人才是提升国际竞争力和科技发展的关键性因素,高潜人才画像构建及培养路径的研究为人才评价、引育提供科学的依据,为人才管理模式的改革提供一定的参考,同时也对提升人才引育工作水平具有实际意义。在人才画像的视角下,文章运用NVivo软件对相关研究文献进行三级编码,构建高潜人才画像群体特征,包括学习能力、逻辑思维、信息处理、抗压能力以及开放心态五大维度及其内涵,在此基础上探讨相应的高潜人才五条培养路径。

Talent is the key factor to enhance international competitiveness and the development of science and technology.The research on the construction of portrait and cultivation path of high potential talents provides scientific basis for talent evalu-ation and cultivation,provides certain reference for the reform of talent management mode,and has practical significance for im-proving the level of talent introduction and cultivation.In this paper under the perspective of talent portrait.using NVivo soft-ware for the relevant research literature,build the high latent talent portrait group characteristics,including learning ability,logical thinking.information processing.compressive ability and open mind five dimensions and its connotation.on the basis of the corresponding high latent talent five cultivation path.
