摘要
通过分析“一带一路”倡议落地的政策趋向,结合中国清洁能源的发展,以尼日利亚中国境外经贸合作区为例,探讨了基于多能互补,以智能电网、供需协同为基础的综合电力系统,并充分利用可再生能源以及进行能源的梯级利用,建立能源生产、供给、消费“动态平衡”的综合能源方案。
Based on the analysis of the policy trend of"The Belt and Road"initiative,combined with the development of China's clean energy,this paper took the China Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone in Nigeria as an example to discuss the comprehensive power system based on multi-energy complementarity,smart grid,supply and demand coordination,and make full use of renewable energy and cascade utilization of energy to establish a comprehensive energy program to achieve a"dynamic balance"of energy production,supply and consumption.
