煤矿带式输送机电气节能控制系统设计及节能计算分析

摘要 为提高煤矿带式输送机能效,降低其运行过程中的能耗,采用电气节能技术,并以模糊控制原理为基础设计了节能控制系统。根据煤矿带式输送机运行模式与能耗特性,设计并实现了一套电气节能控制系统,包括硬件选型、软件架构设计及节能技术的集成。研究的主要目的是通过智能化的控制策略,实现对带式输送机工作状态的优化管理,从而降低能耗,提升能源使用效率。结果表明,采用模糊控制设计的电气节能控制系统能提高煤矿带式输送机能效,降低能耗,为煤矿企业的节能减排提供了有效的技术支持。 In order to improve the energy efficiency of coal mine belt conveyors and reduce the energy consumption during the operation,an energy saving control system based on fuzzy control principle was designed based on electrical energy saving technology.According to the operation mode and energy consumption characteristics of coal mine belt conveyors,a set of electrical energy saving control system was designed and implemented,including hardware selection,software architecture design and integration of energy saving technologies.The main purpose of the research was to achieve the optimal management of the working state of belt conveyors through intelligent control strategy,so as to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency.The results showed that the electrical energy saving control system using fuzzy control design can improve the energy efficiency of coal mine belt conveyors,reduce energy consumption,and provide effective technical support for energy saving and emission reduction of coal mine enterprises.
