“双碳”背景下天然气产业节能减排新对策

New Countermeasures for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction of Natural Gas Industry under Background of"Double Carbon"

摘要 随着中国经济快速发展,天然气消费量逐年增长。“双碳”背景下,中国天然气产业面临巨大挑战。尽管天然气是一种相对清洁的能源,但其燃烧产生的碳排放仍不容忽视。“双碳”目标要求下,天然气产业需要找到降低碳排放的方法。在分析天然气产业节能减排发展现状的基础上,从能源结构、政策法规、市场经济方面提出问题,分析研判,针对天然气处理、运输、应用过程,提出采用提高天然气利用效率、发展清洁能源替代技术、完善天然气基础设施建设、加强国际合作以及建立健全碳排放监测与管理体系等措施,推动天然气产业节能减排发展,为中国能源转型做出贡献。未来,随着技术进一步发展和政策不断完善,天然气产业节能减排工作将取得更加显著的成效。 With the rapid development of China's economy,natural gas consumption is increasing year by year.Under the background of"double carbon",China's natural gas industry is facing great challenge.Although natural gas is a relatively clean energy source,the carbon emissions from its combustion cannot be ignored.At the request of the"double carbon"goals,the natural gas industry needs to find ways to reduce carbon emissions.The development status of energy conservation and emission reduction of natural gas industry was analyzed,questions about the energy structure,policies and regulations,and the market economy were proposed,and analysis and judgment was carried out.Aiming at natural gas processing,transportation and application processes,it was proposed to adopt measures such as improve the efficiency of natural gas utilization,develop alternative technologies for clean energy,improve the construction of natural gas infrastructure,strengthen international cooperation,and establish and improve the carbon emission monitoring and management system,to promote the development of energy conservation and emission reduction of the natural gas industry,so as to contribute to China's energy transition.With the further development of technology and the continuous improvement of policies,energy conservation and emission reduction of natural gas industry will achieve more remarkable results in the future.
