5G+智能胶带运输系统的构建研究

摘要 沁裕煤矿传统胶带运输系统存在启动时间长、操作复杂、监控不足及故障频发等问题。为提高运输系统的安全性和稳定性,基于5G通信和智能控制技术提出5G+智能胶带运输系统构建方案。通过实施远程实时监控、智能巡检、自动故障诊断,运输效率和系统安全性得到有效提高。实践结果表明:该5G+智能胶带运输系统能实现操作日志智能化以及故障实时报告,支持数据驱动决策,显著减少故障停机时间;该煤矿采用5G+智能胶带运输系统后,可减少运维岗位40个,每年产生经济效益3×10^(6)元,节能降耗效果显著。 The traditional belt transportation system in Qinyu Coal Mine has some problems,such as long start-up time,complicated operation,insufficient monitoring and frequent failures.In order to improve the safety and stability of the transportation system,a 5G+intelligent belt transportation system construction scheme was proposed based on 5G communication and intelligent control technology.Through the implementation of remote real-time monitoring,intelligent inspection,automatic fault diagnosis system,transportation efficiency and system safety have been effectively improved.The practical results showed that the 5G+intelligent belt transportation system can realize intelligent operation logs and real-time fault reporting,support data-driven decision-making,and significantly reduce the downtime of faults;after the 5G+intelligent transportation belt system was adopted in the coal mine,40 operation and maintenance posts can be reduced,the annual economic benefit was 3×10^(6) yuan,and the energy saving effect was remarkable.
