摘要
为提升刮板输送机智能化控制水平及运行效率、降低能耗,以9302综采工作面SGZ 1000/2×525型刮板输送机为研究对象,针对性构建智能调速控制系统并进行工程应用。通过对SGZ 1000/2×525型刮板输送机驱动系统进行改造,实现智能驱动。综合采煤机、运输机电流变化实现割煤量、片帮煤量预测,结合AI摄像仪监测数据实现刮板输送机负载预测,并依据负载变化智能调节运行速度。现场应用证明,基于负载预测的刮板输送机智能调速控制不但可满足9302综采工作面煤炭高效运输需要,而且刮板输送机运行能耗降幅达到36.90%,实现了预期构建目标。研究成果可为其他矿井刮板输送机智能控制提供借鉴。
In order to improve the intelligent control level and operation efficiency of scraper conveyor and reduce energy consumption,the SGZ 1000/2伊525 scraper conveyor of 9302 fully-mechanized mining face was taken as the research object,and the intelligent speed regulation control system was built and applied in engineering.Through the transformation of SGZ 1000/2伊525 type scraper conveyor drive system,the intelligent drive was realized.The coal cutting amount and blade coal amount can be predicted by combining the current changes of shearer and conveyor,and the load prediction of scraper conveyor can be realized by combining the monitoring data of AI camera,and the running speed can be adjusted intelligently according to the load changes.Field application proved that the intelligent speed regulation of scraper conveyors based on load prediction not only met the needs of efficient coal transportation in 9302 fully-mechanized mining face,but also reduced the energy consumption of scraper conveyors by 36.90%,achieving the expected construction goal.The research results can provide reference for the intelligent control of scraper conveyors in other mines.
