无极绳绞车变频调速控制研究

摘要 为提高煤矿井下无极绳绞车运行可靠性及效率,针对无极绳绞车现有控制系统存在的调速技术落后、自动化控制水平偏低等问题,针对性构建变频调速控制系统并进行工程应用。系统以PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)、变频器为主要控制设备,采用外环模糊控制+内环PID控制(Proportional-Integral-Derivative Control,比例-积分-微分控制)方法调速,提升系统调速可靠性;通过各类传感器等实现无极绳绞车运行监测及控制。探讨了变频调速控制系统设计。在山西A矿3507工作面辅助运输巷JWB-37型无极绳绞车上进行了工程应用,结果表明构建的无极绳绞车变频调速控制系统运行平稳,可提升绞车运行自动化控制及监控能力,有助于提升绞车工作效率及运行可靠性。 In order to improve the operation reliability and efficiency of endless rope winches in coal mines,aiming at the problems of backward speed regulation technology and low automation control level of the existing control system of endless rope winches,frequency conversion speed regulation control system was constructed and applied in engineering.The system uses PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)and inverter as the main control equipment,and adopts outer ring fuzzy control+inner ring PID control(Proportional-Integral-Derivative Control)method for speed control to improve the reliability of frequency conversion speed control system;the operation monitoring and control of the endless rope winch are realized through various sensors.The design of frequency conversion speed control system was discussed.The engineering application of JWB-37 type endless rope winch in auxiliary transportation roadway of 3507 working face of A Mine in Shanxi showed that the constructed frequency conversion speed regulation control system of the endless rope winch run smoothly,which can improve the automatic control and monitoring ability of the winch operation,and is helpful to improve the working efficiency and operation reliability of the winch.
