摘要
为确保煤矿井下带式输送机的平稳高效运行,结合井下情况构建了带式输送机智能监控系统,并对智能监控系统的关键技术进行了分析。智能监控系统综合了弱磁监测、红外监测、机器视觉等技术,可以实现输送带损伤监测、托辊及电机故障预警、智能调速及人员安全监控等功能。现场应用后,带式输送机智能监控系统运行平稳,在降低设备运行能耗、故障发生率及影响程度方面效果显著,运行能耗平均降幅为15%,月减少电费投入约2.8×104元。
In order to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of underground belt conveyors in coal mines,an intelligent monitoring system for belt conveyors was built based on underground conditions,and the key technologies of the intelligent monitoring system were analyzed.The intelligent monitoring system integrates weak magnetic monitoring,infrared monitoring,machine vision and other technologies,which can realize the functions of conveyor belt damage monitoring,roller and motor fault warning,intelligent speed regulation and personnel safety monitoring.After field application,the intelligent monitoring system of belt conveyors ran smoothly,and had significant effect in reducing equipment operation energy consumption,failure incidence and impact degree.The average reduction of operation energy consumption was 15%,and the monthly electricity cost was reduced by about 2.8伊104 yuan.
