摘要
为实现突出煤层掘进巷道粉尘的高效治理,以7302运输巷为研究对象,分析了现有粉尘治理措施存在的问题,提出了综合降尘技术方案。基于原有除尘措施基础,在综掘机悬臂与截割头连接的环形截面位置增设了机载高压喷雾装置,以控制粉尘外溢,在转载点进行低压喷雾降尘,以抑制转载粉尘,并通过合理布置除尘风机,以实现控风降尘及迎头高浓度粉尘的高效处理。现场应用后,综掘司机位置全尘质量浓度控制在107.9 mg/m^(3)以内,有效改善了迎头环境的质量。
In order to achieve efficient dust control in excavation roadway of outburst coal seam,taking 7302 transportation roadway as the research object,the existing problems of dust control measures were analyzed,and a comprehensive dust removal technical scheme was put forward.Based on the original dust removal measures,a pickaback high-pressure spray device was added to the annular section where the cantilever of the excavator was connected to the cutting head to control dust spillover,low-pressure spray dust removal was carried out at the transfer point to suppress the transfer dust,and dust removal fans were rationally arranged to achieve wind control dust removal and efficient treatment of high concentration dust in the head.After the field application,the total dust mass concentration of the driver's position was controlled within 107.9 mg/m^(3),which effectively improved the quality of the head-up environment.
