煤矿井下测量平面控制相关问题及技术研究

摘要 全面探讨了昌吉州呼图壁县大型煤矿在井下测量平面控制方面的技术应用及其面临的挑战。首先,分析了该矿区的地理位置、设计参数、生产能力,强调了矿井作为新疆地区重要能源供应基地和地方经济发展的战略意义;随后,深入讨论了该煤矿井下测量平面控制面临的主要挑战,包括复杂的地质环境、金属结构造成的电磁干扰、测量技术的局限性,以及测量数据处理与解析的难题;最后,进一步介绍了昌吉州矿区在应对这些挑战时采用的先进技术,如三维激光扫描技术、惯性导航系统、地下定位系统、数字孪生技术和无线传感网络等,这些技术不仅提高了测量的精度,优化了作业流程,还确保了矿工的安全。通过综合应用这些技术,昌吉州矿区在提升矿井安全性和工作效率方面取得了显著成效。 The technical application and challenges faced by the large-scale coal mine in Hutubi County,Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture in underground measurement plane control were comprehensively discussed.Firstly,the geographical location,design parameters,and production capacity of the mining area were analyzed,emphasizing the strategic significance of the mine as an important energy supply base and local economic development in Xinjiang.Subsequently,the main challenges faced by the underground measurement plane control of the coal mine were discussed in depth,including the complex geological environment,electromagnetic interference caused by metal structures,limitations of measurement technology,and difficulties in processing and analyzing measurement data.Finally,the advanced technologies adopted by Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture mining area in response to these challenges were further introduced,such as 3D laser scanning technology,inertial navigation system,underground positioning system,digital twin technology,and wireless sensor network.These technologies not only improve measurement accuracy and optimize operation processes,but also ensure the safety of miners.By comprehensively applying these technologies,Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture mining area had achieved significant results in improving mine safety and work efficiency.
