基于HAZOP的燃气管道风险监测技术研究

摘要 为了有效应对燃气泄漏风险,确保民众的生命财产安全,基于HAZOP(Hazard and Operability Study,危险与可操作性分析),提出了1种燃气管道风险监测技术。首先,采用压力波与声波融合检测技术确定了燃气管道的泄漏点;其次,采用HAZOP构建了风险评估矩阵,以评估燃气管道的风险,并对一居民楼天然气管道进行了风险监测分析,其管道压力较低,风险等级为4,该天然气管道存在较严重的天然气泄漏问题,需要及时修护。 In order to effectively address the risk of gas leaks and ensure the safety of people's lives and property,a gas pipeline risk monitoring technology based on HAZOP(Hazard and Operability Study)was proposed.Firstly,the pressure wave and sound wave fusion detection technology was used to determine the leakage point of the gas pipeline.Secondly,a risk assessment matrix was constructed using HAZOP to evaluate the risks of gas pipelines,and a risk monitoring analysis was conducted on a natural gas pipeline in a residential building.The pipeline pressure was low and the risk level was 4.The natural gas pipeline had a serious natural gas leakage problem and needed timely repair.
