摘要
为有效解决传统煤矿掘进机截割技术可靠性低、监测截割状态难度大、缺少高效人机交互控制等问题,在数字孪生技术支持下对掘进机自动截割方法加以探究,运用GIS(Geographic Information System,地理信息系统)实测法和三维激光扫描技术建立数字巷道模型,生成掘进机截割模板,以实现高自动化程度的掘进机截割作业。不仅可避免传统截割方式受掘进粉尘等因素的不良影响,还能降低作业强度,提高作业安全性。
In order to effectively solve the problems such as low reliability,difficulty in monitoring cutting status and lack of efficient man-machine interactive control of traditional coal mine boring machine cutting technology,the automatic cutting method of boring machine was explored with the support of digital twin technology,and a digital roadway model was established by using GIS(Geographic Information System)measurement method and 3D laser scanning technology to generate boring machine cutting template to achieve a high degree of automation boring machine cutting operations.It can not only avoid the bad influence of the traditional cutting method by the factors such as drilling dust,but also reduce the operation intensity and improve the operation safety.
